Special Olympics Free Throw Challenge

The Storm and Kaiser Permanente created a platform this season to raise money for Special Olympics Washington. At five games this season, unified pairs took the court and were give :45 seconds to each make a free throw. If both contestants made their free throw, Kaiser Permanente would donate $1,500 to Special Olympics Washington. Over the course of the season, all five pairs made their free throws, including an exciting buzzer beater on StormFit Night. Kaiser Permanente finished the season with a $7,500 donation benefiting Special Olympics Washington and their programs.
